SPAY AND NUETER PROCEDURES WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR HOME!!
Yes you read that correctly, Dr. Lauren is performing surgical services at your home, in her mobile veterinary unit. She will perform the surgery while you wait inside the comfort of your own home. Once your pets procedure has been performed, Dr. Lauren will recover them and get them back into your loving arms. How long, do you ask? That depends on your pet. If observation is needed longer, Dr. Lauren will be there.

Dr. Lauren provides this service in an a large mobile unit. You must have room for her to park the vehicle on site for this service. If you are not sure you have room, call us and we can help you figure that out.

To schedule the surgery fill out the online form to the right with your name, address, phone number, email address, your pets name, age, sex, breed, weight, color and services needed. You will be sent invoice by email to make payment for the needed services. Once payment has been received, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the first available days and times for your pets surgery. Surgeries are first come, first serve.

Once your pet has recovered, they will be able to walk into your door. Plan accordingly as they will still be groggy for the remainder of the day and need to be confined until they are not sleepy for their safety.
Payment for the surgery and proof of vaccinations must be completed before the surgery can be scheduled.

Additional charges will be added for the following dogs that undergo spay/neuter:

Surgical patients must be older than 4 months of age and weigh at least 3 lbs the day of the scheduled procedure.

Distemper and Rabies vaccinations are required for surgery. If your pet is not current, they will be given the day of the procedure and additional charges will apply. Payment is due at the time of scheduling and any additional fees must be paid prior to surgery.
Proof of vaccinations must be presented at the time of scheduling. If your vaccinations are paid and you obtain proof, a refund will be given in the method it was paid. If virtual payments are not an option, you can mail a check to PO BOX 385 Geneseo, NY 14454. Payments are accepted through Venmo or PayPal and the surgery will be scheduled when payment has been received.
Any patients that are deemed aggressive or unsafe for our staff to handle will be cancelled.
IF YOUR ANIMAL IS NOT FASTED SURGERY WILL BE CANCELLED AND 25% RESCHEDULING FEE APPLIES.

Unfasted animals and cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will pay 25% rescheduling fee or cancellation fee. You will not be reimbursed 100% if your pet is not fasted or cancellation is made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
